Tailoring books missing off vendors

The following books used to be found on specific vendors in order to help raise your skill to 350:

Tailoring Eminent Cultural Symbols
Tailoring Sacred Cultural Symbols
Tailored Armor Step VIII
Tailored Armor Step IX
Tailored Armor Step X
Tailored Armor Step XI
Tailored Armor Step XII
Tailored Armor Step XIII

Upon searching the vendors in POK, Abysmal Sea and Crescent Reach, I was unable to locate any of the books, though you can find the Tailored Armor Step books 1-7 (I - VII) easily along with the books above 13 (XIII)

From another site, the first two books on symbols could be found on the following vendors:

Since I found other volumes on different vendors, I made sure to search available vendors nearby to see if they might have the books, but was unsuccessful in my search.

Not a bug, certain cultural books are only available as you skill up. Theres a min skill required for each before it will show to purchase. I find all of those on the vendor.

Thought I was high enough in the Tailoring skill, guess I need to work on it a bit more before trying to get the rest of the books.

This may not be the issue, but you can also try unchecking the "see only items I can use" button.

Step VIII requires an unmodified skill of 175 to see on a vendor.
Step IX and Sacred Symbols requires an unmodified skill of 200.
Step X requires an unmodified skill of 250.
Step XI requires an unmodified skill of 275
Steps XII and XIII require an unmodified skill of 300.
