I got it to work, what I've noticed though is... When you click the links to open the external page to order, you are no longer logged in (takes you to the base EQPlayers.com site, or a page off it) and if you click to purchase it then log in, it gave me the error. If I logged into the page once it was opened, then clicked the option I wanted to purchase it worked. Tried it with Chrome, and I.E. 9
Ever, thanks for the update. I'm glad you were able to successfully pre-order the game. I was going to tell you that if it continued, submitting a billing ticket would be the next step.
