Subject says it. From what I can see, the Symbol of Celerity buff from Unity of and Talisman of the Ry'gorr is getting overwritten by Talisman of Celerity even though both increase haste by the same amount and Symbol lasts longer.
What behavior are you looking for? The aa overwrites the haste component of Ry'gorr and vice versa. The only real reason to cast talisman of the celerity is during a fight for the newly rezzed (assuming you don't have time to Ry'gorr). If someone is mass mgbing a ton of stuff and does talisman after Ry'gorr has been done, yes you will get the shorter duration. The easy fix is to ask that Ry'gorr be done again at the end. There is no concept in the game for actual length of buff that lands (after scr and duration focus) and whether or not it will overwrite. It just will. You can try it yourself by taking your duration focus off and recasting a buff. The duration will be shorter. It's just how it is.
