Fellowship campfires not working. Taking 4+ minutes to zone, spell casts take 10+ seconds. Completely unplayable. It's not just me. The other two players in my group said the same thing. Server general chat saying same thing. I tried Cazic, Phinigel, and Xegony. Xegony was the best of the three, but this lag seems to come and go. No telling when it hits. But when it does, you can be fairly certain you're dead when it clears up.
