If Darkpaw is launching 2 servers at the same time, 1 server launch should be a shock drop (unannounced, surprised time). They can advertise a time frame (1 week window) but announce the shock drop with their systemwide messaging. This could reward loyal customers and spread out the load (where people will stay on the first shock dropped server).
