    When searching for other players it does include offline traders but the search results are very limited. They do block the space for showing active characters.

    Several </who all> commands should block offline traders:

    /who all <class>
    /who all <race>
    /who all <level> / <level range>

    This would also be great for when you're LFG and trying to find out where the players in your level are. For instance, if I'm 60 and looking for people around my level range, the output of "/who all 55 65" is filled with offline bazaar traders. It makes it hard to spot the handful of actual players to see which zones they are in.
