Im also using bite of asp,banestrike,feral swipe,fortify companion , paragon of spirit and every buff that i currently have available are used on both myself and my pet. I Really want to try to figure out and enjoy this class as i have spent so much time on it
I am not going to lie to you. It doesn't get much better until you can consistently use Glyph of Lost Secrets.
Dots at that level are bad anyway. From what I understand, some changed were made and the new DoTs are actually good. All I can tell you is, the class improves dramatically at lvl 90. The launch of HoT addressed a slew of issues that haunted the beastlord for ages.
