Strike of the Archer

I don’t really understand what this does, can anyone explain? Is it better than a 6k dmg proc as a comparison?

Does that mean it just fires another arrow?

No, depending on rank it has a diff base damage it uses in the Archery formula, but it should be boosted by Archery stuff

And that is thw big mystery. How do I know if it is better than a regular proc?

Parse both and compare?

"Strikes your target with magical arrows doing damage modified by your skills." "Archery Attack for 40 with 10,000% Accuracy Mod" Other ranges go up IE: II=70
"Resist: Unresistable -200"
It will show up as an arrow (non melee dmg) that hits for about 9-10k when it procs.
