Stealth Nerf? [Dicho]

Just noticed GoM procs dont affect Dicho anymore. Working as intended?

hmm i was raiding yesterday on live and it wasnt working for dicho at all, tried several times and it ate the whole mana.

Hopefully its a bug dont think many wizards are gonna cast at full mana cost.

It absolutely still works on live and 10 seconds to test it shows it.

hmm weird, it totally buged on me, altho i had an enchanter on my group, so dunno if it was my gom procs or his. but it def was not working for dicho, since it was taking a hefty chunk of mana. i bug reported it anyways. i'll test it again when i get home from work.

The only difference between GoM and GGoM is GoM requires a minimum of 1 mana cost and GGoM requires a minimum of 10 mana cost. They both work.
