Through search on the forums, I've seen posts going back a couple of years about how the Vet reward, Steadfast Servant, isn't functioning properly. From my observations, it is just not casting haste at all, will cast clarity sometimes, and will cast the heal over time sometimes when fighting (though this doesn't stack with other HoT spells, so I don't expect it to be casting it constantly). I can remember when it was working years ago that casting haste on group members was almost always immediate after summoning it (usually starting with the casters, of course). Then it would get to clarity. It would cast the armor spell if you didn't have druid or cleric hp/ac buffs on. It would also refresh these buffs quickly when they dropped. So, what's the deal? This has been going on a long time.
