    But it may help other people that plan to play games developped by this company to know what is going on to current customers and to avoid more people getting caught in this fraud. Because right now, after 5 weeks, it's pretty clear you're not trying to solve anything, therefore, you're just here to steal people's money.

    I'm in a very similar position. Will definitely not be renewing alt accs as I simply can't play with them. Currently logged in - a group invite took a full 4 minutes to show, A tell - 5 minutes and still waiting.

    Same problem here. Group chat, channels, tells had 5 minutes or more delay... but pulling mobs, assising etc was normal... very strange.

    since this problem is existing since .. oh a bloody long time ... and people are still left alone in the dark

    its really making me sad to say that i will end my subscription (for 2 accounts) to the end of the year 2015 too, if you go on like this and leave all of us playing on AB in the dark ...
    this makes me sad, because i started to play EQ in september 2002 and did never take a break

    not to be mentioned that i wont buy the new "add on"

    oh and just by the way .... zoning takes AGES AGAIN ....

    17.50 UK - again with the huge lag, can't change raid window, chat channels, tells and everything very laggy.

    It may be my imagination but spells still work and land, emotes seem bizarrely to still work.

    Just chat is hugely delayed, all kinds of chat. Oh and for a raid leader, the raid window (lack of) speed is depressing on its own!

    People being disconnected now, and server just booted us all :(

    Was booted to just character select, was able to log right back in straight away into the guild hall.

    Uptime showed as 5h 8m. So it's not a true server reset, it just boots us all out.

    17:55 GMT disconnected and sent to character select after a period of non responsiveness in tells and chat.
    Came back and I had been rolled back to when I zoned into the guild hall, 20-30minutes of rollback there.

    Don't make us feel that these messages are going into a black hole! It's happened now for several weeks in a row, exact same symptoms, exact same outcomes, and causing such huge frustration that there is no real sign of a fix or even an understanding of the problem!
