There's that thread Soulbanshee linked which is actually marked Confirmed plus the numerous others below. Not enough Likes yet to get it fixed perhaps. I happened to be in an Umbral Plains AoC instance last night and tried killing the four "a dark master" to see if anything had changed but Doomshade did not spawn. Like another poster in those threads, we had done this in-era on Rizlona and the scripts were working normally at that time (February-April 2021 timeframe). Whatever they did with the repurposing of Umbral Plains for the Terror of Luclin expansion seems to have broke the scripts in the original Umbral Plains zone. In case Ngreth wants to do his thing where he checks if mobs have been killed recently it's these mobs in the original, Shadows of Luclin version of Umbral Plains: Doomshade - immediately triggered spawn after killing the 4 "a dark master" (which are up with the AoC instance) Netherbian Swarmlord - triggered spawn after killing the Netherbian Swarmcaller in the northern caves (up with the AoC instance) and going through the timed waves of adds Spirit of Radir - immediately triggered spawn after killing Radir Fireshower (up with the AoC instance) Spirit of Tawro - immediately triggered spawn after killing Tawro Icequake (up with the AoC instance) Admittedly, I have no idea if the spawning scripts are working in the base open world zone as I never tried (and there's no way of knowing if they didn't work because they are just down or broke) so if there are any kills of those mobs recently then perhaps they were in open world.
