Titel says it all, after killing the pher for Radir and Tawro there spirit counter part does not spawn on death. This happened both on the Bertox and Xegony servers. Not sure if this is servers wide or just these two

When I killed "Radir Fireshower", "Spirit of Radir" didn't spawn.(Cazic Server) "Spirit of Radir" was spawning in the same room when I completed the achievements in the past.
