Spire AAs?

    I read a lot about "spire" abilities but I can't any quests, items, or achievement to actually get these abilities. Can somebody please point me the right direction?

    Note that spires were consolidated a year or so ago. Before there were three spires that classes could chose from that shared timers, but now there is just one. So a lot of guides are rendered out of date.
