Spell Runes- Where did the downgrade option go?

    RoF spell tasks don't have the downgrade option available for raid/group spells. That was one of the nicest changes in recent Everquest, please bring it back.

    Downgrading was added late in VoA. Maybe the same will happen in RoF.
