Group legs spell haste is 18%, raid legs are 23%. I looked in Kizant’s tool to see if it was there, to evaluate the impact, but I couldn’t see it. Does anyone have an idea of the impact on dps?
For the most part it won't matter very much. There's a 50% cap so if you have rk3 sanctity and your quicker damage AAs done then you're comparing 49% with group gear to 50% with raid. The only exception I can think of off-hand is alliance doesn't benefit from quicker damage and I know wizard dicho doesn't either. So, for those couple spells you would see the full 5% difference in cast time. It's on the list of things to add to the web app if I ever have time. It assumes raid gear atm.
It's worth remembering that Volley of Many, Chaotic Inferno, and Reckless Servant all have cast times lower than 3 seconds, and aren't hastened by legs at all as a result.
