This has happened now on two different accounts. Account #1: 14+ years enabled, 2 /veteran claims Account #2: 16+ years enabled, 4 /veteran claims In both cases, these accounts were dormant for long periods of time. I'd re-sub the accounts, create a heroic character and try and claim /veteran. Account #1: Re-subbed with CC Try and claim veteran on new heroic toon, says my account does not qualify Log out heroic toon, and go find old toon on account. Log in old toon, log back out Log in new heroic toon -- /veteran works Account #2: Re-subbed with Krono Try and claim veteran on new heroic toon, says my account does not qualify Log out heroic toon, and go find old toon on account. Log in old toon, log back out Log in new heroic toon -- /veteran doesn't work Zone -- /veteran doesn't work Add CC sub to account -- /veteran doesn't work (on advice of GM) -- log out ALL accounts and then log in new toon by himself -- /veteran doesn't work (GM tell me to file /bug report) Just because -- reboot my computer and then log in new toon by himself -- /veteran doesn't work Zone some more -- /veteran doesn't work Try several times/day for a few days -- /veteran doesn't work Try and log in account using launcher instead of eqgame.exe (I'm not sure why I started loading eqgame.exe direct, but it's just what I do) /veteran WORKS! I saw a post that says that sometimes skipping the launcher makes the game do weird things with claims -- so I gave it a whirl, and it worked.
