SK - Range Slot - Ice Encrusted Longbow (70 Dodge) vs Luclinite Ensanguined Riding Bow (50 Dodge)

    I am a group SK and have an Ice Encrusted Longbow in my range slot. It has 70 dodge rating on it.

    I am considering swapping to a T3 Luclinite Ensanguined Riding Bow in the range slot. It has roughly 40 more AC and 1500 more hps/mana, but 3 less hDex.

    Is the 20 more dodge rating worth the loss of 40 AC and 1500 Hps/mana?

    I'd go with ToL bow, better focus, better AC/HPs/Mana, I've never seen dodge rating make a huge impact.

    I'll disagree but its purely anecdotal.

    In the last few weeks all of our tanks just got their first raid range slots with the increased dodge. I have been told they noticed a difference while fighting group content that a few more of the damage spikes have smoothed out since the upgrade.

    I have nothing to base this on except what I'm told so if someone wants to run a few parses and get into the logs that might provide some more insight.
