Should DBG create date-nights for players who wish to find a potential mate?

    As we all know, people play EQ for different reasons. Some people play it to farm Krono. Some play it to see how well they are able to 6 box content. Others play to have fun with like-minded individuals in guilds.

    Well, some of us play EQ to have fun AND to find a potential mate. It wouldn't be that much of a strain on resources for DBG to set up a date-night style speed dating thing for those like myself. I figure it would be easiest to do this in the bazaar. Perhaps in one of the side areas on Fri/Sat.

    There actually was an EQ dating site (Fan run, not Verant run) during the peak of things. It was exactly as bad as you'd expect it to be.

    My buddy met his wife in EQ back in 2001ish. They are divorced now and he pays her 40% of his salary to sit around all day living with his parents...yes, she lives with his parents...and shes 55 years old.

    I remember a guy from way back.. name was zorkon i believe..

    His wife played.. and she cleaned out his bank account, savings account, 401k account, triple mortgaged the house, and took out a bunch of loans without him knowing to support her cocaine habit..

    then bounced when it all came crashing down.

    Ive been married 12 years, we both play EQ.. and I check my credit score DAILY. White chicks are crazy.
