I actually use Reactive Frozen Grommet since I started raiding a bit. I've always preferred 2hb all the way back to Primal Velium Brawl Stick. Cast for cast I do a lot more healing during a raid than I do detrimental spells so if I turn on auto attack I get a lot more procs than the couple of dots I keep running on the boss.
