Fixed Shadowsilk Sash has Unknown DB String 13399-6 for Absorbing Agent

    I just whacked Regla (who had it coming, tbh) on Cazic-Thule, and while looking at this item the spell description for Absorbing Agent says "Unknown DB String 13399-6" which seems like a bug to me.
