Server Transfers broken again?

    Tried the free transfer from Trakanon to Firiona, selected Alternate Name and selected Transfer.

    You get disconnected but nothing else happens.

    You come back on Trakanon with no name change nothing.

    This sounds similar to server transfer issues a few months back.

    Are other servers also experiencing server transfer problems?

    Here what's happening: although it reflects that the alternate name you've chosen is available, the naming convention rule is causing the fail. Try again with a name that is allowed and that "should" remedy your situation. Perhaps create a toon w that name. Delete. Transfer. Good luck.

    I'm having the same issue Drusi. When i click transfer the button changes from "Transfer" to "Request Pending."
    I've tried EQGAMER's suggestion without any luck.

    Been waiting on a Account-to-Account transfer for going on 3 days, you're not alone!

    /testcopy isnt even working atm, and it wont let people transfer to brekt either

    This is a mass reply to all players that selected the account to account character transfer service for EverQuest.

    We are very sorry for the delay and would like you to know we are currently experiencing some technical issues with the transfer process and are unable to process the transfers at this time. Sadly, we do not have an estimated time as to when the service will be available again but we certainly hope it will be very soon.

    If you do not wish to wait and purchased Daybreak Cash for the transfer already, we will be happy to process a refund for you. Simply reply back and let us know and we can process the refund as soon as we possibly can.

    If you are still interested in transferring your character, please accept our apologies for the extended wait and we will reply back as soon as possible.

    I'm having the same problem today. When I use the transfer token I get disconnected, but when logging back in I'm still on the original server. Has then been any updates as to when this will be fixed?

    What about us who paid for this service, i am trying on 3 accounts and paid 75 bucks for the dam daybreak cash. What do we get back for this other than oh i am sorry. seems like this has been an issues for a few months now. Started when you guys did the update nerfing classes way back

    We shouldnt have to check forums if servers transfers are working. if it is not working take the dam token out of the store to be bought so we dont waist our own cash on token. most companies would also replace a item or give money back when the service we paid for is not working like it should. So again I ask what are you going to do for us.

    right and they dont even give us any credit and we cant do refunds on daybreak cash its a joke. this isnt our mistake its on them so i expect something out of this for my dam wait

    I personally think we should get our 2500 daybreak cash back and get to keep the transfer token. But as you can see they have no staff support on weekend. wich is stupid cause weekends have the most player traffic
