*Staff standing around the water cooler*
Staff #1 : "Man, that was a good update we rocked it."
Staff #2 : "I know, right? Everyone will be busy for an hour trying to figure out what the patch notes mean."
Staff #3 : "Hey guys, what's up?
Staff #1 : "Nothing, just finished updating EQ."
Staff #2 : "Nada, just taking a break."
Staff #3 : "Oh, you just finished updating? No wonder I still can't log in."
Staff #1 : "Yeah but the servers came up like... 45 minutes ago."
Staff #1 looks at Staff #2 "You DID remember to restart the servers right."
Staff #2 : "Umm... I though you did."
