The Tubes taking you to and from each level of the maze are just flinging characters around or trapping them in an endless loop being flung in the air even when not standing next to any of them. This basically leaves only the bottom level useable for any quests involving this part of the zone. Any quests requiring reaching the relic are incompletable. Camping and relogging does not solve the problem.
