Selo was supposed to start at the maximum amount of flags in the new time unlock system but we only got 2x the normal amount.

So shouldn't Selo be getting 4x flags, not 2x?

This is going to make VoA a really bad expansion with almost no time to enjoy the top end raid content. Really need someone from DBG to acknowledge this and get us a fix ASAP.

So with 4 week unlocks - VoA basically becomes an entirely pointless expansion on a server like Selo?
    Wow - that's pretty stupid.

Fix please. With no fix we will essentially be missing out on the few weeks we have to gear up for the next expansion.

It definitely seems like it should be sped up for Selo much more than it already is. Raiding everyday possible (which is limited already due to how flagging works), we won’t be seeing much of the upper tiers given there is only 28 days this expansion.

So that script calculates the multiplier by checking how much time has passed. Then it calculates how many expansions have passed. Then it uses whichever multiplier is better and gives it.
The bug was in the time based calculation. It didn;t accelerate as fast as intended.

What happens on Selo is they unlock expansion faster than the time based trigger, so the bug didn't affect Selo.

Outside of that, no special case was made for selo. They get multipliers the same way. current expansion is double, next expansion, or X time is 3x, and , and then next expansion or X*2 time is 4x.

It is working as designed on Selo.

If that should be changed is a different topic, and not a bug.
