It's probably posted somewhere, but I'm a noob...bear with me. Are the schedule maintenance windows always 6 hours on Wed? Or can they be shorter than that?
It varies dependent upon what they have planned to do with the patch, also worth knowing is that the patch notes they post with player relevant information are not the only things they do on patch days, there can be "internal patch notes" that contain many more back end system changes we don't see & don't need to see. This particular patch is likely to also include some things related to BETA for the upcoming Claws of Veeshan expansion so it will not be the same as the regular updates for that reason. 6 hours is the most common timeframe given for the monthly updates but this is always only ever an estimate, things can & do go wrong during patches that mean delays should be expected & planned for as best as we can as players.
