RoS Sleeve focus

So, for the past who knows how many expansions, sleeves have heal focus effect. Why not in this expansion? Just wasted valuable TS components making sleeves with the assumption, yes, my bad, assuming, that I'd get an updated heal focus effect.

Really? I've had fire focus on my sleeves for ages now. Healing has been on neck and wrists.

Did you confuse sleeve with wrist?

Heal foci have been, if i'm not mistaken, moved to the neck slot.
(heal foci ARE on neck now, but i don't recall where they have been before, might have been a different focus they talked about in beta - i am not TOO sure)
Moving that focus was a conscious move by the item-Dev and there was some explanation given in the beta-forum, but since that's gone...

The reason wasn't though, if memory serves, to spite players

Healing focus was on arms for cleric/shaman and wrists for druid in addition to being on the neck since those classes had no need for the existing focus on those slots but that was changed with the current expansion.

Always do your research and check items you are about to make via tradeskills. It’s easy to miss this sort of thing such as the OP did if you were not in beta or missed the memo previously as like it was said it had been that way for years so you would assume it still would be. But it isn’t. Sorry you got out of luck on your sleeves. Time to work on that necklace!
