   This disc is on a 5 minute timer and states that it only works on mobs up to level 120.
   
   Is the description wrong or is it worthless? I'm thinking that they meant that the stun only works up to level 120, but I'm unsure. We are level 120 now, but the mobs we fight at level 120 are on average higher than 120.

   120 is the stun, the debuff still works which is the most important part.
