I was recently talking with a 105 Rogue, trying to get an idea of where I could continue to level molo and possibly gain gear for my 89 non-heroic Rogue. The recommendation was HoT Tier 2 and 3, maybe 4 . . . does that sound right? I use a healer merc and gear is a combination of HoT group T1 and VoA group T1 and Deathpoint. I like the HoT idea mostly because I really like the HoT expansion. It's fun.
