Roaring Blades / Devastating Steel not proccing (Ranger)

    Aristo posted on 10/24/19 that:

    Ranger - Effects that add procs to melee attacks (Jolting steel, 58976-78, Devastating Steel, 59029-31, and new Roaring blades, 59056-58) now add those same procs to archery attacks.

    I tested this today for over 20 minutes and not a single proc went off on a combat dummy.
