Fixed Internally Restless Focus incorrect spell name

    I may have only posted this on the beta forum but when you use the Restless Focus potion the proc has a funny name.

    [Wed Jan 22 00:39:04 2020] You hit Griklor the Restless for 104291 points of disease damage by Potion- Casting Proc Proc - Name Me. (Lucky Critical)
