Have been tracking log for this spell and have not seen it proc in TBL at all. There are plenty of AE spells in TBL that have a DD and or DoT, but mainly the DD portion of any ae spell in tbl does not seem to proc this. Is there a level limit that is not in the spell data? Again we did TBL raids tonight and again no procs, did RoS last week and got plenty of procs. Is this a bug? Would really like if a dev could have a look, ty!

Man priests would be so much stronger if the divine response / responsive spirit / druid equivalent worked on all AE damage. It'd almost neutralize a bunch of AE attacks in TBL.
The response spells are definitely working on some TBL events. In the log snippet below, Findawenye is the cleric with [50027/4677] Divine Response Rk. I do not see a proc message in the log on any other events in TBL (we did a full clear of T2 and T1), though we were probably not hit with the AOE Brohg mentioned on the the Plane of Smoke event (or my group was not in range of it). There are some notable AOEs I do not have log evidence of these spells working on, including the bomb things on The Conflagration Generals (T2) and any of the AOEs on Fight Fire (T1), including the one the big fire giant guy at the end does. I think what would be helpful is if we could find out what AOEs these spells are and aren't working on and come up with a list. To do that, more priests will need to keep the response spells active (Divine Response/Reaction, Responsive Spirit, Nature's Response) and look for the following messages in the logs: "healed by a watchful eye" "Responsive Light" "Reactive Light" for cleric "health is bolstered by spirits" "Spiritual Restitution" for shaman "restored by Nature's healing touch" "Responsive Regeneration" for druid The log message before the heal goes off can help identify the AOE that triggered it (like "slashed multiple times" in red above) by searching for them on https://eqresource.com/ I'm still not entirely sure the spells aren't bugged still (or just apply to very specific AOEs), but more log evidence might help narrow down the AOEs that it should be working on so the devs can figure out the problem (if one exists).
Tried monitoring Divine Response/Reaction procs more closely on our raids the other night and can confirm it only proc'd from [50801] Ralaifin's Light and [45617] Lashing Blades, [47464] Lashing Blades Left, [47463] Lashing Blades Rear, and [47465] Lashing Blades Right (all the same, just in different directions) as mentioned in the earlier post. I could have been out of range of other clerics so I might not have been in range of all AOEs, however. I can also confirm the response spells do not work on the following: Event: Fight Fire (T1) (cast by the fire giant guy at the end) AOE: [45452] Fiery Grasp Target: Target AE Range: 1000', AE Range: 50' Resist: Unresistable Reflectable: No Focusable: No Casting: 0s 1: Decrease Current HP by 222222 2: Stun for 5.5s [Tue Jan 22 19:49:11 2019] Sancus's casting is interrupted! The reason I assume these spells don't proc the response heals is because of the "Target AE" designation, which doesn't match the spell requirements for Divine Reaction: [57858/4777] Divine Reaction Rk. III Classes: CLR/108 Skill: Abjuration Mana: 9557 Target: Self Resist: Beneficial, Blockable: Yes Focusable: Yes Casting: 6.5s, Rest: 1.5s Duration: 10m+ (100 ticks), Dispelable: Yes Max Hits: 12 Matching Spells 1: Cast: Reactive Light III if Hit By Spell 2: Limit Target: Caster PB 3: Limit Target: Hatelist 4: Limit Target: Hatelist2 5: Limit Target: Caster PB Players 6: Limit Target: Directional AE 7: Limit Target: Frontal AE 8: Limit Type: Detrimental 10: Limit Effect: Current HP 11: Limit Effect: Current HP less than -22000 A lot of Target AEs are avoidable and don't have a huge AE range, so I suppose you could argue that the response spells don't need to work on them (not entirely sure about the two above being avoidable or if we just take the damage because we can). The reality, though, is that a lot of AOE damage we receive is the result of these types of spells and though my guild can usually power through these because of our healer numbers and overall DPS, other guilds probably struggle more with them. It is also true that excluding these types of spells leads to these response spells not being terribly useful, amounting to 1-3 AOEs per expansion that they actually help defend against. If they actually did work on these types of spells, it wouldn't be game-breaking or anything, either, as the heals only seem to proc on the initial damage, not on the DoT portion of the spell. So on Blazebomb, for instance, the healer would still need to heal the DoT even if the response heal helped counter the DD portion of it. In the end, allowing the response heals to proc off more types of AEs just helps them serve their original purpose better, to help the priest passively react to AE damage and give them a bit of a head start in countering it (not entirely countering it because the damage values and design of most AOEs are too high/designed to last for a longer period of time for these heals to have a huge effect). Also, a bit of a bug/oddity with Divine Response and Divine Reaction for clerics is that the two spells stack in the buff window but only one of them works (the one higher in the buff order, not the one with the strongest heal). I am not sure most clerics would want that fixed, though, because while I don't think we expect both of them to work at the same time, the two spells stacking in this way extends the amount of procs we would get before needing to recast either spell (assuming, of course, the spells are changed/fixed so they proc off more AOEs).
