Respawn time +/- 12 hours

    So if something is said to respawn plus or minus 12 hours, does that mean it will respawn at exactly plus or minus 12 hours, or any time within that time?

    As the interval suggest:
    Spawntime of 3days +/- 12 hrs means it can spawn anytime from 2.5 days to 3.5days after kill
