I originally played on an account from back when EQ first released. How can I go about recovering that account and possibly playing on it now? I am switching servers and was thinking about just starting a new character on the old account instead. Thanks
At the top of this forum is a link that will take you to the walk thru. You need t make a new account - free is fine and submit thru it. How to Recover Your Account Most folks don't have enough for the auto mated process but just click down at the bottom and that takes you into filing a ticket for customer service human to help you
A few years ago they were able to recover my original account from launch just using my original CD keys and billing information, so there seems to be a little leeway in the required info.
