The placement list says that reset size is Shift R. I do Shift R and then try to resize but nothing happens. The placement list says that reset rotation is Shift E. Although I was able to do this recently, it is not working for me presently.
Have you tried Shift + R and move your mouse back and forward? Shift + E and move your mouse side to side? Conq
which placement mode are you using? I prefer free placement mode, then if you push the alt button and move mouse back and forth, it will shrink or grow what you are trying to place.
