Ranger AA ability Volatile arrow

    I can't find the ability Volatile arrow in my AA selection. It says it's a underfoot AA but for me it doesn't exist. Am I missing something obvious? I'm a Gold member and have the ToV expansion.

    From November 2019 patch notes:

    - Ranger - Consolidated Glacial Arrow and Volatile Arrow to be ranks of Elemental Arrow. The combined ability line will now increase incoming cold/fire spell and ability damage on your target for 1 minute with a 1 minute reuse time.
