Rakes Rampage

    Not gonna lie .. I feel like an idiot.


    What the heck could be blocking "Rakes Rampage"? Its locked out at the start of every burn and I got nothing else running ......

    Focused Rampage is also not usable .... but no timer. Could this be Lag?

    Like I said .... I'm an idiot.... my buff slots were full of .... "shadow buffs"

    Someone told me we don't even need to click on those permanent buffs to take up a slot from gear clickies. This true?

    once clicked they become a passive AA and you can remove the shadow buff and never click it again. The shadow buff only plays a role if something debuffs you to avoid getting important buffs removed
