Raid Loot Lockouts

One person in our raid did not get the loot lockout and was unable to loot an item from the chest as a result. This new updated loot lockout system is a real problem when that happens. I have seen this issue on drops from trash mobs in raid zones such as EW in the past where I was unable to loot an ore that dropped for the type 19 augs, even though I had been in the instance when we did the raid and never left it. I understand that you are trying to keep people from cheating on the aug drops, but it is causing issues with looting the raid items too.
