I know I can't be the only one suffering from the fade nerf. How are some of the other raid tanks coping with this. Seems in most cases I cannot hit fade and breather to get some end back. Hit fade and breather still unusable. There's only so much end to be gained from unity horn and arc potions. Boosers 105 warrior Emarr

I have no issues with endurance on raids, but that's just personal experience. In no way am I speaking for the entire war community. If I die, I hit breather upon rezz since I'm OOC. While tanking, I can go at least 20-25 minutes without worrying about my endurance running out and that's pretty much spamming the entire time. Plus, no event that I'm in takes/requires 25 minutes of just me tanking. Imperator's Command helps a little with 2-3 wars chaining it, along with Horn, potions, Paragon, etc. If I find myself starting to get low on endurance, I'll stop using aggro abilities that require endurance and only use AAs which require 0 endurance. If that doesn't do the trick, I'll really start to spread my mitigation disc usage to prolong my endurance pool but my effectiveness won't be as good.
Boosers perspective differs from yours significantly as regards the duration of events. The cycling of Command & Horns within the group really adds up. Post death, Toppling generally has to fall by the wayside to keep up agro things.
Maybe so, but if it's taking 25+ minutes for an event, it's doubtful he's tanking by himself. In which case, a warrior can get back up to 30% endurance fairly quickly as long as they aren't going back into the fight upon rez. Hopefully the next tank lasts more than a 90 seconds until breather gets through it's refresh cycle. By that time, you'll have around 35% endurance with both breather cycles + arx potion + IC. And even if you have to jump into a fight with the 2nd breather running...well you're talking about more 40% endurance because you'll be regening fast while using some and not hitting that 30% cap. It's almost like free endurance. Also, Shield topple shouldn't be used for tanking. You'll be tanking more damage for every hit that the recourse is mitigating as it's a higher % than Vie/SB/BFI, etc but caps at only a miserable 520 damage or something like that. Unless you block the recourse. Then you can use it. The problem with that is that you can be buff block blocked (redundant sounding, I know) so you may need to clean that up and figure out what to unblock in order to block shield topple recourse.
I hear what you guys are saying. Before the patch it was normal for me to hit breather and or if I couldn't use it due to an AE or mob hit I would fade/click again then hit IC/unity horn and pots when timers done. It seems here lately and especially on calaix that upon rez I can't breather or fade/breather. It might work 1/5 attempts. We run 2 tanks lanys 2 calaix unless one stuck around and I'm normally second so If I'm dead the other guy has already gone down. If I can get 20 % end I can make that last. Just not getting that anymore. I guess more IC communication with my group and finally finishing last couple collections for Lingering fear essence wouldnt hurt. Thanks guys!
