I plan on changing my shaman into an iksar at the start of kunark. Just wondering where it sets the bind at because the item says PoK. Also what does it do to spells and faction.
Commonlands tunnel Spells, it does nothing Factions adjust based on race, but you keep the changes you have earned.
There was a time (maybe still is) where racechanging on a shaman resulted in your quested Canni spell being deleted. I don't know if this is still the case but I recall it being a mild annoyance on Phinny.
