I have a level 32 on FV, and i'm going to switch to test server becuase i just don't have the time i used to (life getting in the way). If i test copy can I use the testbuff to level the skills i don't have? or is it better to just create a new guy all together?

you cant testbuff if your at or above 25. you could kill yourself a bunch (to level 24 or below), /testbuff, then use divine rez aa.
