If I kill a mob at level 95 and its light blue, do I get the same exp from that mob at 97 if it is still light blue? i.e. say I get 10% aa exp from a lb mob at 95, do I still get 10% at 97 if its the same con?
It depends on what the mobs level is relative to your own. When they first revamped how AAs were gained it was pretty much only based on what it conned color wise to you, but now it scales based on the con, level relative to player, zone bonus, group bonus/split, and any misc exp bonuses like exp pots. Ultimately if you fought a level 83 mob that conned lblue to you at level 93 and gave 10% of an aa and fought the same mob (assuming mob level 83 again) at level 97 then you won't gain 10% of an aa because now the level difference is 14 levels below you instead of 10 levels below you.
