I got a ton for my shadowknight in the tutorial in Gloomingdeep. You can /open piles of bones and there might be some or buy from the spell vendors there. But those are all player sold or found so to buy them off merchants I googled and got this: https://eq.magelo.com/item/13073/Bone-Chips#sold It shows which merchants sell them if you click on the tab "sold by" The easiest would be the Freerot ones, choose Freerot the Dream at the port stone in pok and that vendor is right by the book, I think.
