I recently did this scenario again as i have a baby rogue (i already have one of these for my monk). I know the item summons increasingly stronger poisons depending on the toon's level. My question is, does it increase in potency as you level a toon up AFTER claiming it?
Someone said you could claim another if you already have one, but they didn't say if it shared a cooldown or not.
It's also Heirloom, which means you can move it to another toon on the same account and server easily enough.
