Fixed Internally Quest window bugged

    All my quests are red and showing a timer of 00:00:00

    Also just took a group quest and it showed a limit of 24:06:58. Quest limit not 24 hours exactly?

    hour HA timers are also messed up, showing as 6 hours 7 minutes and 58 seconds.
