I am unsure if this is working as intended, but in ToV we have found that a number of quest drops are stacking with one another, rather than being a number of single drops. This becomes rather unwieldy when a whole group is working on the quest and 4x the quest drops are in the Advanced Loot window.
Just leave them on the corpse and let those who need them loot what they need...use cntrl click to make sure you only take one at a time.
The master looter can also set them to free grab so people can loot them one by one via the advanced loot window.
