Promised Remedy II 55 minute recast.

    The cleric 108 spell promised remedy when cast will sometimes have a 55 minute timer to recast it . Zoning does not help have to log off and on again to fix it.

    Is it directly on the spell gem cool down, or on a hot key cool down?

    Friend suggested I try clicking anyway and it will cast so the timer graphic is not working properly not the spell itself ?
