I recently spent many hours grinding out the Inhabitants of Firiona Vie reputation for my Iksar Necromancer. However, I am still KOS even with reputation capped. I thought they made it that maximum reputation would still allow a player to be non-kos of at least dubious regardless of racial/class reputation penalties. With illusion high elf, my reputation is indifferent. With this information, it seems the racial penalty for Iksar is maybe around -3000, and the class penalty is around -3000 as well. Is this a bug or intended?
Sounds intentional to me, but I am happy to be wrong. FV rep won't like Iksar, Necro or Cazic Thule. Illusion High elf undoes one of those, all your faction work does what it does. They put in the faction mod scalp item to allow "evil" types to do the Crown of Deceit questline ages ago, because otherwise they couldn't get loved enough to do it by faction work alone. If it is true in that situation, it seems plausible it would be in this one (but there is no faction mod item for FV that I know of).
