My Primary Anchor has been in our guild hall for years now. Today, I logged in, cast the druid spell Primary Anchor Ring and nothing happened. I checked and my Primary Anchor is gone from my Find Item inventory search. I checked my Parcels in case someone sent it to me but it is not there. I then went to Plot Items while in the guild hall and found it there. So I tried to move it to my inventory and that failed with "Your real estate item request failed". I am an officer in our guild and have the permission to add and remove items from the guild hall. I tried then the Place command. It changed to the item placement UI with it on my cursor and I tried to place it in the guild hall. Got "Your real estate item request failed". I can see in on the guild hall floor but cannot move or take it. Character: Fanra Server: Bertoxxulous Guild: Omani Winter Guild Hall: Palatial Guild Hall at 200 Guild Way, Omani Winter Village III Item: Primary Anchor I then decided to test my permissions by placing a Guardian's Buckler (Item # 163943) on the guild hall wall. The item disappeared. It is no longer in my inventory or search and is not listed as a plot item in the guild hall. I cannot recall if it has any augmentations on it but if so they are lost to me as well. I would have kept track except I never expected it to just disappear. I just checked an old inventory file and it did not have any augmentations, so at least I didn't lose them. In addition, checking the guild hall, there is a Primary Anchor and Secondary Anchor there with no owner. I did not think that was possible. There are also several other items with no owner listed.
A GM showed up and reset our guild hall. Anchors are working now for people. Also found a Guardian's Buckler in my parcels. Thank you for fixing this for us. The general problem I assume is something you have been trying to repair for a while. You can mark this as fixed, although I assume you have also have an open ticket for discovering and fixing the cause.
