At first I thought that meant the stick figures were back, although maybe just for the Guild Lobby. But, nope, no stick figures in guild lobby. Or maybe it was just referring to April 1st, when we might get them. If so, it is poorly worded. It should be, "I have plans to make you easier to draw, coming soon" or such.
1) Write clever patch note for April 1st patch/hotfix because no patch/hotfix is expected before April 1st 2) Have problems with anniversary missions which requires you to patch before April 1st 3) Add patch note about anniversary missions but don't remove patch note about stick figures
The reward for the bristlebane's day quest is literally just a right click pie that has 50 charges of throw pie (same effect as the year 10 pie thrower except this one has limited charges) Either way don't get too excited.
I got this message on beta a couple nights ago when I gated to GL, my toon had been turned into a table.
